Mediamatic ETEN: Mediamatic ETEN is a restaurant close to Amsterdam Central (which is 5 minutes away from the hotel by train). The restaurant uses their own grown food, which they grow in their own aquaponic greenhouse and their served fish is caught by the anglers based in Amsterdam! They only have vegan or vegetarian options, and there are a lot of them.
